Stanley Ranch hunt
There are no hidden charges or trophy fees.
Prices quoted are per hunter. Non-hunters can join in for an additional $250 per night based on availability.
Licenses fees and tags are NOT included in the hunting price. Please check with us if you have questions about applying for tags or licenses. We will help you with the areas to apply for and deadlines for controlled and non-controlled hunts. To purchase tags and licenses go to www.myodfw.com for information.
The Stanley Ranch provides two on-site lodging options: The Meyer’s Cabin and The River Place Cabin. Also available as needed are accommodations at The Wilson’s Bed and Breakfast located less than one mile from the Stanley Ranch entrance.
A chance at a bear, cougar, coyote, and access to fishing on the John Day River is included with the purchase of all hunts with the exception of cow elk, turkey, and aoudad hunts, provided you have the proper tags and they are in season.
The Ranch will provide some equipment to hunters. Such equipment may include tractors, ATV’s, UTV’s, winches and other tools used in the harvesting and processing of hunted animals. A walk-in cooler will be provided for animal storage during the duration of your hunt.
Shooting distances are limited, unless determined in advance between Hunter and The Stanley Ranch. Rifle hunters limited to 400 yards with an appropriate rifle sighted in at 200 yards. Compound bow hunters are limited to 60 yards with appropriate pull weight bows.
Hunts must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to your hunt will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to your hunt are non-refundable. In the event Stanley Ranch has to cancel your reservation, you will be fully refunded within 30 days.
Fishing poles and tackle can be provided as needed.
